RETURN POLICY
>Returns within Greece
You have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 working days from the date of receipt. Contact us at 2310 738939 and inform us about the type of change you wish to make. The new product will be sent to the address you will indicate to us from where the product to be replaced will be received (hand to hand change).
The first replacement is free for orders over 50€.
For orders under 50€ the cost of the change is 4€.

. The product of the exchange must be in its original condition and packaging.
. Changes in product types will be made at the purchase value of the product, regardless of the value the product has at the time the change is made.
. Changes are made to products of the same season.
*In case the product you received is different from the one you ordered or is defective then the return costs are borne exclusively by our company.
>Returns from Cyprus
You have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 working days from the date of receipt. Contact us at 2310 738939 and inform us about the type of change you wish to make.
You make the return at your own charge and by courier of your choice. If the product returns to our company, we send the new product. The cost of the replacement amounts to 8 €.

You have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

The new product will be sent to you at the address you will indicate to us from where the product to be replaced will also be received (change hand in hand) and by courier General Post.
The cost of the change is 15€.

The cost of the remittance is borne by the customer.

You make the return at your own expense and with a courier of your choice.
As long as the product returns to our company we ship the new product with DHL.
The costs of the replacement amount to 19.90€.

>Refunds
After receiving the products you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt. We inform the courier Geniki Taxydromiki to pick up the parcel from the address you will indicate to us. When the products return to our company and after checking that they are in their original condition and packaging, we contact you to provide us with your IBAN account number for your refund.
We emphasize that in this case, all shipping and return costs amounting to 8€ for Greece and Cyprus and for other foreign countries will be deducted from the amount we will return to you, the corresponding shipping costs as stated in the shipping policy for each country.
*A prerequisite for your refund is that the product is in its original condition, ie not used or internally and externally damaged and in its original packaging (inside its box) with proof of purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order in two cases:
A. By removing the product you added to your cart by pressing the "X" button from the quantity option.
B. Canceling your order, if you have completed it and BEFORE it is shipped, by sending an email to info@bbshoes.gr or website@bbshoes.gr. You can also call us to cancel your order at 2310 738 939.
