SHIPPING BY GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI
> WITHIN GREECE
The delivery time is from 1-3 working days and depends on the area you are in. For remote areas it may take an additional 1-2 days. Deliveries are made on working days.
-Transportation Cost
- Cash on delivery is FREE of charge.
- Shipping costs are free when the amount of the order exceeds 30 €.
- For orders under 30€ shipping costs are 4€.
Note: In case you ordered and set as payment method /Cash on delivery/ and refused to receive, then in your next order you lose the right of cash on delivery and you will have to prepay your order either by transferring the amount to one of the bank accounts you will find here https://bit.ly/2X6JxS5 or pay with your Credit - Debit card. You are also charged with the shipping cost which is 4€ and will have to be paid along with the amount of the order.
> IN CYPRUS
Parcels are sent by courier Geniki Taxydromiki and delivered to your door.
For shipments to Cyprus shipping is free for purchases over 70€. For purchases up to 69€ shipping costs are 8€.
The payment methods for shipments to Cyprus are:
- cash on delivery
- payment via bank deposit
- payment viacredit/debit card and
- payment via PayPal
- payment via IRIS
- payment via TBI BANK (*greek phone required to complete payment)
The delivery time is from 8 to 15 days.
Freight transport is carried out weekly by waterborne means. Shipments are made in aggregate according to the carrier's schedule (Geniki Taxydromiki) once a week, every Friday, which means that if an order is placed after noon on Thursday it will necessarily be included in the loading of the next shipment. Shipments arrive in Cyprus after 4-5 days and are delivered to your chosen destination within 1-3 working days from the date of arrival.
> IN BULGARIA AND ROMANIA
Delivery time is from 4-6 working days and depends on the area you are in. Outlying areas may take 1-2 days extra. Deliveries are made during working days.
-Transportation Cost
- Shipping costs are free when the order amount exceeds 100€.
- For orders under 100€ the shipping costs are 15€.
The payment methods for shipments to Bulgaria and Romania are:

SHIPPING BY BOX NOW
This service concerns ONLY orders within Greece.
-Transportation Cost
- Cash on delivery is FREE of charge.
- Shipping costs are free when the amount of the order exceeds 30 €.
- For orders under 30€ shipping costs are 2.5€.
The process is simple:
- Select "BOX NOW Lockers" as the shipping method at checkout.
- Select the "BOX NOW Locker" that works for you (e.g. near your home or work).
- The available payment methods for pickup with Box Now are: Credit or debit card, Bank deposit, IRIS and PayPal.
- Once your parcel is ready for collection, you will receive a message with a six-digit XXXXXX PIN code on your mobile phone.
- You will need to enter your PIN code at the Automatic Parcel Delivery Machine to pick up your parcel from the respective box whenever you want - it is available 24/7!
